The project is located in Yulin Economic and Technological Development Zone of Shaanxi national economic and Technological Development Zone. The first 660 megawatt supercritical, secondary reheat and coal-fired air-cooled power generation unit is adopted in China, and the flue gas tower is combined with one, steel structure air cooling tower, coal gangue mixed with coal gangue and electric stone slag gypsum desulfurization process is adopted. The fuel storage and transportation system is designed according to four kinds of materials, such as raw coal, power coal, blue carbon, limestone, etc. The construction is planned to start in May 2021.
The construction of the project is in line with the national strategy of the western development and the development of the west power transmission to the East. Effectively utilizing the resource advantage of coal base and changing coal into electricity will further promote the development of thermal power base in Northern Shaanxi and promote the development and utilization of coal resources in Northern Shaanxi, thus driving the local economic development. At the same time, it will play a positive role in meeting the needs of rapid load growth in central and eastern China, reducing environmental pressure in the Middle East.
On February 20, 2021, the land for Hengli energy thermal power unit project was approved by Shaanxi Provincial Natural Resources Department. Hengli energy (Yulin) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. 2 × 660MW coal-fired air cooling unit project, with a proposed land of 582 mu, is located in the south of Qingshui Industrial Park, Yulin Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The construction scale and content of BDO project of Hengli energy (Yulin) new materials Co., Ltd. is 4.25 million tons / a formaldehyde (37.5%), 1.8 million tons / a 1,4-butanediol unit, 1 million tons / year anhydrous ethanol unit, 180000t / a PTMEG unit, 180000t / a PBAT device, 160000t / a polyformaldehyde plant and spandex production units.
Hengli energy (Yulin) coal chemical integration project is located in Yulin Economic and Technological Development Zone of Yulin City, with a total investment of about 151.3 billion yuan, including 114billion yuan of coal chemical integration project and 37.3 billion yuan of new textile materials project. Invested and constructed by Hengli energy (Yulin) Co., Ltd., the total land of the project is about 31640 mu, the coal chemical integration project covers an area of 20877 mu, and the textile new material project covers an area of 10763 mu.
